Reservation Policy

Reservations are recommended, but not required. If seating is available we will be happy to seat you, however, if you are planning a special time with friends or family we recommend that you call ahead for a reservation.
Reservations for groups of 10 or more require a non refundable $50 deposit to hold seating.

You may call the tea room for a reservation at 856-293-0500.
Reservation requests left on our voice mail will not be considered confirmed until we return your call.

No reservations are accepted via e-mail.
If you have any special dietary needs, please let us know when you make your reservation (a 24 notice is suggested). We are able to accommodate gluten free and sugar free diets.

Adult Group Reservations

The Vintage Rose Tea Room can accommodate 35 guests.

For large adult groups the Afternoon Tea is served with a Tea Spritzer (see menu page for details)

Party favors & cakes are available for an extra cost
Additional fee of  $1 per plate will be charged to all parties that bring a cake from an outside source (Homemade cakes cannot be served in the tea room they must be store bought) Fee includes cutting and serving cake.

Your tea time will be from 2:30 – 4:30 pm
Additional time can be purchased at time of booking
(Sunday and evening reservations are available for  groups of 25 or more. Seating will be for 2 hours. )

A 50% non-refundable deposit and signed contract is required at time of reservation and final payment is due one week prior to event. Payments can be made by Visa, Master Card, Discover, Cash or Check.
(Postponement is allowed under severe circumstances, such as determined by Vintage Rose Tea Room)

Please note: All guests for large events must be 5 years of age or older – we are unable to seat children under five, including infants.




Children’s Party
Children’s special party events are for ages 5–10 years of age
with a maximum of 10 children and minimum of 6 children.
(we are unable to seat children under five, including infants)

Parties are held at 10:00 am or 2:30 pm (on weekends) (during week hours are flexible)


Party includes: A complimentary small cake for the guest of honor and the Children’s Afternoon Tea for each guest which includes:

Chocolate Chip Scone with Jam
Three Tea Sandwiches
Brownie & Tea Pot Sugar Cookie
&
A two cup pot of
Tea or Lemonade

Please Note: Reservations are for 1 1/2 hours.  Two adults are required to accompany children during event. Any other adults attending must have a reservation and all seats must be occupied by a paying guest. Preordering and payment is required one week prior to event. Please - no walk in guests the day of event.  Menus can be requested for your convenience. 
A 50% non-refundable deposit and signed contract is required at time of reservation and full payment is required one week prior to event.

A special Birthday Party Cake Tray is available for a cost of $10

All reservations can be done over the phone or in person. We strive to make sure you are completely taken care of during your event. In order to do this, all special requests and questions should be taken care of before the day of the event. Always feel free to call and ask questions. Some special requests may require additional fees that will be added to your signed contract. If there is something you would like to do call and we can determine the cost. All deposits are non-refundable. They are deducted from the event total when final bill is paid.
